How to track delivery

We only send boxes out once a week on a Thursday. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number on and payment details but we do not have a tracking number. You can always call or email in and we will get back to your quickly about your order.

Where can I find my tracking number?

We do not give you a tracking number – we send a confirmation email to you as your reference. Our contact details are on the website.

What delivery methods can I use?

We use Royal Mail 1st class and send out boxes every Thursday afternoon.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only allow payment by Paypal. However by using Paypal you will be able to pay using a credit or debit card even if you do not have a Paypal account.

We offer a secure payment method of Paypal. Even if you do not have a Paypal account you will be able to pay using any credit or debit card vi Paypal.

We use Paypal that accepts all credit and debit cards. If you experience problems then please do get in touch with us via email or telephone.

Our website is interlinked with Paypal so the payment process is easy. All you do is login to your Paypal account when promoted and follow the process.
