This box of Bilsdale Beltie Beef is filled with 2 different types top quality Steaks cuts, Premium lean mince and Diced beef, for you to try. We are confident you will love our beef. Being dry aged for a minimum of 21 days gives it a delicious depth of flavour and increases tenderness. Grass feeding the cattle means our beef is much healthier with a very low fat content while remaining high in omega 3&6.
Sirloin and Rump steaks are two of the most popular cuts we sell. Once you’ve tried these you will be desperate to try the rest as well.

- Our Belted Galloway beef is hung for 21 days as a minimum, Our cattle are purely grass fed and have a very low fat content resulting in beef that is both nutritionally good for you (high in Omega 3 & 6) and has a full bodied taste.
